If you think you’d be a great fit based on your experiences, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Job responsibilities: Leading the Back-End team Delegating tasks between backend team and managing deadlines Reviewing the scripts - control whether the scripts align with the product, structure and tasks Managing and planning tech resources Constructing the architecture according to the product Monitoring the tech resources and team Mentoring and training new programmers and assisting them in their professional developmentSkills and abilities: At least a year of experience as a backend team lead Leadership, work organization and problem solving skills Ability to identify technical challenges on time and propose effective solutions Min 3 years of experience in DB (MySQL) Min 5 years of experience in PHP LaravelWhat we offer?
