Main duties:  Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs; Actively seek out new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media; Arrange meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns; Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services; Create frequent reports with sales and financial data; Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations; Represent the company in exhibitions or conferences; Negotiate and close deals, addressing complaints or objections; Act as a point of contact between customers and the company; Negotiate terms of sales and agreements with customers; Gather market and customer information to understand customer needs; Respond to customer queries, resolve objections, and encourage purchases; Advise product developers on product improvements and discuss special promotions; Create proposal documents as part of the bidding process; Inspect stock inventory and product quality on display; Provide accurate quotations and cost calculations to customers; Collaborate with team members for better results; Gather customer feedback and share with internal teams. Candidate requirements:  Previous hotel sales experience is preferable; Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software; Knowledge of Hotel PMS is preferable; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, or/and English languages; Highly responsible and reliable.Candidates meeting the criteria should send their CV/Resume to [email protected], indicating "Sales Coordinator" in the subject line.
