Job Description:We are looking for a Reporting and Business Intelligence Specialist with analytical skills and experience in data analysis for the contact centre services we provide to leading companies in the industry.Responsibilities: Analysing and reporting call centre performance, Creation of daily, weekly and monthly reports, To make database management and data analysis, Ensure KPI tracking and take responsibility for decision support for performance improvement, Work in close co-operation with the management team and the operations team to meet the reporting requirements, Create reports using data visualisation and editing tools, Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute to the development of new reporting systems.Qualifications: Graduated from related departments of universities (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.), Minimum 1 year of experience in reporting and business intelligence Advanced skills in using Excel and Power BI applications. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, Able to work in a team, good at communicating, Attaches importance to details and can work result-orientated.
