• Experience in product management or related fields (business development, strategic product management).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data (understanding key metrics, conducting research, market analysis).
• Understanding of the ecosystem approach: how to analyze user behavior and optimize product integration.
• Excellent communication skills, experience in negotiations and partnership management.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management principles.
