Back-end Developer (Risk Technologies Tribe)

We are an Agile team, developing revolutionary and innovative products, launching emerging financial technologies and end-to-end high-tech solutions. In the role of Backend Developer, you will work within our cross-functional team to develop, improve and expand the services that power all of our products. You will be focused primarily on adding to and improving our feature set while contributing to ongoing efforts around codebase modernization.

• Strong knowledge of Java 11/17+;
• Solid understanding of: OOP principles, Data Stuctures, Multithreading & concurrency, JVM basics;
• Hands-on Experience with Spring Framework (all compenents in);
• Experience building REST APIs;
• Understanding of microservice architecture;
• Strong SQL knowledge;
• Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases;
• Experience with Kafka;
• Experience with Git, Gradle, Docker, K8S;
• Strong communication skills;

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based backend applications and services;
• Independently develop RESTful APIs and microservices;
• Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions;
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices;
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues;
• Collaborate with Product Owner, ITBA, QA engineers, DevOps, and other developers;
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions;
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes;
• Create and maintain technical documentation;
• Ensure software security, reliability, and scalability standards are met.
