Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and improve designs. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to align design goals with business objectives. Maintain and enhance design consistency by creating and updating design systems and style guides. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Figma or other relevant design tools Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and creating high-fidelity mockups. Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing. Understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
