Position Summary:This position is responsible for analysing sales patterns and report creation, developing and updating pricing and discount structure proposals. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new contracts. Can perform sales tasks in SAP.Prinsipal responsibilities: Explores and documents data and process structures Compiling, analysing, and reporting sales data. Performs analysis as required by working with data from SAP to gather requirements, validate and assess results Mastery of all actions in SAP Monthly reconciliations Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events as representative of the plant Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs Prepare reports for head office Analyses of netback prices (sale prices, logistics costs etc.) based on Offtake Agreement Other duties requested by Line ManagerAccountability: Collect and analyze data to evaluate existing and potential clients, markets, products and business opportunities Evaluate monthly and annual sales goals, quotas and forecasts.Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar sphereLanguage skills: Advanced knowledge of both English and Russian is requiredTechnical skills: Proficient in the use of computer applications and systems Proficient use of Office programs such as excel Organizational skills At least basic knowledge of SAP, advanced usage is a plusTraning & Education needed: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
