Key Functions Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins/ check-outs and adapt for any changes; Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed; Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities and local interests; Run daily reports, reviewing to see what needs to be communicated to the next shift’s staff; Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank at the end of each shift securely; Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering to the right department; Communicate any emergency, lost item or theft to proper security staff and/or authorities; Keep contingency lists in case of emergency and communicate any necessary messages; Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities; Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems; Follow company brand standards.Job Requirements Previous customer experience and the ability to work effectively under pressure; Previous experience in cash handling; Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English any additional language is preferable; Must be proficient with computers; Positive attitude and good communication skills; Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service; Willing to take initiative and work with little direction; Ability to work as part of a team; Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
