Qualifications: A 3–5 years of professional experience Experience in interdisciplinary coordination Experience in filing and archiving Proficiency in AutoCAD, Ms Office Applications Proficiency in sketchup and rewit applications Knowledge of quantity surveying Fluency in both technical and general English Requirements: Research, plan, design, and administer building projects while applying expertise in design, construction procedures, zoning regulations, building codes, and materials. Determine functional and spatial requirements for new structures or renovations, preparing detailed information on design, specifications, materials, color schemes, equipment, estimated costs, and construction timelines. Develop project layouts and integrate engineering elements into unified design for review and approval.
